ABOUT US

Who

Who we are

Ufalme Research & Publications is born of a conviction shared by a team of biblically grounded professionals — writers, educators, researchers, designers and strategists — who believe the marketplace is not peripheral to mission: it is mission. We believe the church’s call is not restricted to Sunday services or religious programmes, but to every arena of human life including business, education, technology, governance, agriculture and health.

We are Christian thought-leaders committed to bridging faith and function, theology and praxis, Kingdom purpose and everyday work. We believe that when believers see their professional fields not just as jobs or side-hustles, but as platforms for worship, service and transformation, culture changes. Institutions shift. Systems reform. Lives flourish.

The magazine arm of Ufalme — “Kingdom Magazine” — is our flagship vehicle for this mission. Through it, we publish monthly print and digital issues, feature articles, interviews, devotionals, case studies and tools that equip Christian professionals to live with integrity, purpose and excellence in secular environments.

As implementers, our team is grounded in rigorous research, creative design and passionate application. We don’t just talk about theory: we develop curricula, publish books, host training events, collaborate with organisations, digitise programmes and cultivate networks of Kingdom-minded professionals.

OUR BIBLICAL FOUNDATION

Our work is firmly anchored in the eternal truth of God’s Word. As Scripture declares, “In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God… The Word became flesh and made His dwelling among us” (John 1:1,14). From the very beginning, all knowledge, wisdom, order, and truth originated from the Word—Jesus Christ Himself. Every system, law, and principle that governs life finds its meaning and purpose in Him. Our foundation is therefore not built on human philosophy, but on Christ as the source and sustainer of all creation

When God spoke in Genesis 1, His Word established ten interdependent systems of creation—cosmic, atmospheric, geological, botanical, astronomical, marine and avian, zoological, human, ecological and nutritional, and spiritual-moral. These systems were designed to function in harmony, reflecting heaven’s perfect order on earth, in alignment with the prayer, “Your kingdom come, Your will be done, on earth as it is in heaven” (Matthew 6:10). This divine design reveals that God intended His Kingdom principles to govern all dimensions of life, not only spiritual matters but also societal systems

However, the Fall in Genesis 3 introduced distortion into every sphere of human knowledge. Secular philosophies and systems—often described as the Babylonian system—emerged, redefining truth according to human will instead of divine order. This distortion has affected governance, education, business, science, health, agriculture, and even the narratives that shape

societies. As a result, many modern systems operate outside God’s original design, leading to moral compromise, unsustainability, and societal breakdown

The Your Kingdom Come Research & Publications Company exists to return knowledge back to its original source—the Word of God, Jesus Christ. Our mandate is to restore knowledge systems to their God-intended design and function, bringing heaven’s justice, wisdom, and order back into every sphere of human endeavor. Through research, publication, training, and advocacy, we actively participate in aligning the marketplace with the will and reign of God

God originally placed creation under human stewardship, commanding humanity to be fruitful, multiply, subdue the earth, and exercise dominion (Genesis 1:28). He entrusted humanity with both responsibility and capacity—to investigate, discover, and apply truth (Proverbs 25:2). Throughout Scripture, we see God’s people practicing research, evidence gathering, evaluation, and wise decision-making—through leaders such as Moses, Daniel, and the Bereans. These biblical research principles shaped governance, education, agriculture, economics, and health in alignment with God’s order

Today, Christians working in business, education, governance, agriculture, science, and technology are increasingly seeking integrated biblical models that embed Scripture into modern

professional frameworks. They desire integrated systems in agriculture, business, governance, education, health, and technology. Yet, these biblical processes and eternal truths remain underutilized, leaving many believers operating within fragmented and secular systems

Business plan for the kingdom magazine

. As Hosea 4:6 warns, “My people are destroyed for lack of knowledge.” Without knowledge rooted in God’s Word, believers remain vulnerable to distortion and misalignment

For this reason, our work is committed to recovering biblical research methodologies, compiling Scripture-integrated frameworks for real-world application, and publishing accessible training materials that empower believers to rebuild society according to God’s design. Without such restoration, Christian professionals risk continuing to work within broken systems instead of becoming agents of Kingdom transformation

At the heart of our Biblical Foundation is one unwavering conviction: the marketplace is God’s mission field. Kingdom principles are catalysts for development and godly dominion. They call us to steward resources with wisdom, glorify God through excellence, serve communities with integrity, and spark innovation that transforms society. Every article we publish, every training we conduct, and every platform we build exists to raise Kingdom ambassadors in boardrooms, classrooms, farms, factories, and government offices

The Problem We Address

“My people are destroyed for lack of knowledge.” (The Book of Hosea 4:6) In our time, this ancient warning echoes loudly. Across the global marketplace, education systems, governmental frameworks, business models, agricultural practices, scientific research and health systems are increasingly operating under fragmented, secular paradigms. These systems often ignore or distort the original design of God-given systems and the inter-connectedness of creation.

The issue is not only one of moral compromise, but of structural mis-alignment. When truth is redefined by human will rather than divine order, the result is broken systems, unsustainable practices, depletion instead of stewardship, and fragmentation instead of wholeness.

For Christian professionals seeking to honour God in their work, the challenge is real: they often find themselves working within broken frameworks, adopted from the world rather than transformed by the Word. They lack consolidated, research-based resources that extract and apply enduring biblical models for modern systems. They lack templates, training, tools and networks that help them think gospel-shaped rather than secular-minded about business, education, governance, health, agriculture and technology.

This gap leaves believers vulnerable to operating in the logic of the world rather than in the wisdom of God. It limits their ability to influence culture and reshape systems for flourishing. Ufalme exists to fill that gap — to recover, equip and deploy Kingdom-models that address not only individual behaviour but structural systems.

Our Purpose & Goal

At the heart of Ufalme is the purpose: to establish a Kingdom-centred research and publication company that restores the integrity of knowledge systems by anchoring them in the eternal Word, Jesus Christ — and publishing integrated frameworks for use in the global marketplace.

Our overarching goal is to see a transformed Christian workforce — millions strong — living out Kingdom principles intentionally, leading industries, influencing culture and contributing to national and global flourishing.

By 2035, we aim to have reached 70 million Christians globally with our resources and equip them to live and lead with Kingdom values in their professions. Our target outcome is that at least 60% of those reached will actively apply Kingdom-principles in their work, thereby driving transformation across sectors.

What We Do – The Core Offerings

We investigate and document biblical research methodologies, case studies and their modern applications. This involves:

  • Studying Scripture to discern the underlying systems God established in creation (cosmic, atmospheric, geological, botanical, marine/avian, zoological, human, ecological/nutritional, spiritual-moral).
  • Mapping how these systems have been distorted by secular paradigms after the Fall.
  • Developing integrated frameworks that realign modern sectors (agriculture, governance, education, business, health, science) with creation’s original design.
  • Publishing white-papers, policy briefs and research reports that articulate these restored models and demonstrate practical implications.

We publish books, magazines, research articles, curricula and digital content that make these frameworks accessible. Key components include:

  • Monthly print and digital magazine: Kingdom Magazine, featuring in-depth articles on marketplace, governance, innovation, faith at work, testimonies, devotionals and case studies.
  • Books and curricula: We aim to publish at least 50 books and 2 curricula in the initial phase, addressing themes such as integrated governance, biblical economics, agritech under Kingdom-principles, vocational discipleship, leadership for the marketplace.
  • Translation and localisation: Recognising global and local needs, we translate key materials into local languages and adapt content for diverse cultural contexts.
  • Digital platform: Our website hosts digital editions, article archives, downloadable templates, training modules, podcasts and webinars.

We equip leaders, educators and professionals to apply these systems in real-world contexts. Our training offerings include:

  • Research symposiums and masterclasses that focus on the application of Kingdom-principles in secular workspaces.
  • Corporate and organisational partnerships: We collaborate with 12+ organisations annually to help them revise internal systems (business, education, governance, agriculture) in line with integrated biblical models.
  • Certification and mentorship programmes for marketplace professionals seeking to live and lead with Kingdom values.

We build strategic alliances with Christian professional associations, universities, research centres, church networks and marketplace forums. This allows us to:

  • Profile partner organisations, digitise their programmes, and amplify their impact.
  • Provide a networked space for Christian professionals from different sectors to share ideas, best practices and collaborate on multi-disciplinary transformation.
  • Expand our reach via churches, fellowships, universities, Christian business associations and diaspora networks.

To ensure long-term viability and impact, we adopt a hybrid business model featuring multiple revenue streams:

  • Subscriptions (print + digital) to Kingdom Magazine.
  • Advertising and sponsorship in print and digital editions.
  • Training events, symposiums and masterclasses (fee-based).
  • Book and curriculum sales.
  • Organisational consulting and system-design services.

Target Audience

Our primary audience includes:

By serving these groups, we offer a compelling value-proposition: practical, Scripture-rooted equipping to integrate faith and function, vocational identity and Kingdom influence.

Competitive Edge & Uniqueness

What sets Ufalme apart?

  • Biblical systems-thinking: Rather than offering generic Christian leadership content, we map the original creation systems (cosmic, geological, botanical, physiological, moral) and reclaim them for modern application.
  • Marketplace + mission: We explicitly view the marketplace (business, education, governance, agriculture) as mission territory, not separate from it. Our resources are geared for professionals, not just church-leaders.
  • Integrated frameworks: We don’t stop at inspiration — we provide research, templates, guides, training and tools for transformation of systems, structures and practices.
  • Hybrid print-digital model: By combining print (for local reach) and digital (for global diaspora), we maximise accessibility and scalability.
  • Multiple revenue streams for sustainability: We blend subscriptions, advertising, consulting, event-hosting and publishing — creating a sustainable ecosystem rather than relying on a single model.
  • Local and global focus: While rooted in Uganda and East Africa, our vision is global — equipping professionals in Africa, diaspora communities and beyond, with translation/localisation when needed.
  • Strong content network: From launch we intend to recruit 20 contributing writers and partner with professional organisations to build a rich content library, enabling thought-leadership and breadth across sectors.
